Single golfer’s - man or woman - sign up !
Couples who want to golf together - sign  up !
Group of golfers - sign up !

WHAT ?
Golf Championship courses with your neighbors at reduced rates !  Championship  rates are greatly reduced for tee times after 3 pm as of June 1 (until Dec 31).  You only pay $9-12 for 9 holes !   ( half of the 18 hole rate for Residents ) WOW what a deal !

HOW ?
We have created a "calendar" (google doc) for everyone to use. Just put your name on the date that that you want to play, see who else also wants to play, schedule a tee time for all of you and GOLF !  We are NOT scheduling golf for you - we are simply creating a place where you can let everyone know that you are interested and available to golf.  Easier than calling around to see who wants to play.

No worries - just don't sign up for those weeks.

MORE DETAILS …

• Go to the google doc
  • The link never changes ==> click HERE  
• Put your name on the dates that you want to play so others can join you
• Put your name, contact info, and golf ID number in the chart below the calendar (so others can sign you up)
• Keep checking the Google Doc during the week
• Once you have 4 names - make a REQUEST or a RESERVATION for a tee time for AFTER 3 PM
  • The FIRST NAME listed on each date makes the request / reservation (put your name on line 2 if you do not want to make the reservation)
• Once the tee time is confirmed:
  • Go back to the GoogleDoc and strikeout the names
  • Contact the other golfers to let them know who, where, and when
• Pack up your clubs and GOLF
• NOTE: The Google Doc calendar usually only shows the upcoming 4-6 weeks.  Every few weeks, we will go in and remove the used weeks and add more upcoming weeks.

FAQ

• I suck as a golfer - can I still sign up?
  • YES - you don’t even have to keep score.
• Can I hit from the Friendly tees?
  • YES you can hit from any/all tees.
• Can I sign up for more than one tee time during the week?
  • Yes - sign upon the days you want . Hopefully others will join you.
• Can I change my mind once I sign up?
  • YES - Is the tee time already scheduled?
    • YES  - Let your group know.
    • NO - Just remove your name from the calendar
• Can I sign  up as a singleton?
  • YES - of course - others will sign up with you.
• Can  I sign up a group?
  • YES - put down as many names as you want
• I’m not familiar with golfing the Championship courses - can I still sign up?
  • YES - sign up on the GoogleDoc starting with #2 name slot.
• I’m not familiar with the Tee Time Reservation system - can I still golf ?
  • YES - just don’t sign up in the number 1 spot - someone else will do it.
• Can we still golf if less than four golfers signed up and what do I do?
  • YES - make the Request /Reservation for as many/few that you have.
• Can I golf 18 holes instead of just 9?
  • YES - Sign up for 9 holes and when you check-in extend it to 18 holes.
• Will this sne dmy Executive Golf points through the roof?
  • NO - Championship and Executive golf use 2 different and separate golf point systems.  They do not impact each other.
